Constantino Bacela, one of the most successful businessmen of recent times, has been appointed Minister in the President’s Office, replacing Adelaide Amurane.
Constantino Alberto Bacela is a discreet businessman who in recent years has won many tenders for the supply of goods and services to the Mozambican state, from vehicles to public works in roads and water supply through to the maintenance of Maputo Ring Road.
