Mozambique: Commercial banks fined for breaching anti-money laundering legislation - AIM
Mobile telecommunications networks that were inoperative throughout northern and central parts of Mozambique since Tuesday due to a fault in the optical fibre cable between Save and Muxungué were restored yesterday, reports Notícias.
The malfunction caused restrictions to voice , data, Internet and broadband services in the central and northern regions of the country.
State owned Telecomunicações de Moçambique said at the time that all efforts were being made by technical teams on the ground to repair the fault and restore services.
