Mozambique: PDUNM will rebuild two thousand houses and generate around eight thousand jobs

Seven citizens of Asian origin, workers from the heavy sands exploitation company who recently returned to Mozambique from China have been quarantined in Quelimane, Zambézia province, Miramar reports.
The Provincial Chief Medical Officer in Zambézia, Óscar Auwate, said that the citizens concerned went into quarantine after their return from China, where they gone while on leave. They provide services at the heavy sands mining company, mostly in the districts of Pebane, Chinde and Inhassunge.
In Zambézia, efforts to combat the spread of the disease are underway not only at Quelimane Airport, but also at the Milange district border points with other countries in the region.
As seen in the video report below, the director of the Mozambique Hearvesand Company.Lda confirmed the facts surrounding his quarantined colleagues but said that they were all in good health, pointing out that their quarantine was voluntary and meant only to safeguard the continuing good health of all the enterprise’s workers in Quelimane, where the company’s headquarters are located.
The provincial health sector says that it is monitoring the quarantined citizens and that there is no cause for alarm.
