Mozambique: Minister promises to restore radiotherapy services this week - O País

In February this year, Sasol financed the acquisition of a Mobile Training Unit, delivered to IFPELAC – Alberto Cassimo Professional Training Institute. In this context, Sasol witnessed recently, in Govuro District, Inhambane Province, the graduation of the first group of youngsters trained through this mobile unit.
From the group of 32 graduates, 16 youngsters concluded the Electricity Installation Course and 16 the Plumbing Course, with 6 graduates being female graduates, there is 3 from each specialty.
For the Govuro district Administrator, Fernando Doda Muzombigua, the graduation comes to enrich the quality and quantity of labour in the district, and he encouraged the youths to dedicate themselves in self-employment and entrepreneurship activities, with minds focused in the constant updating of the acquired knowledge, through the link between theory and practice.
The Mobile Unit is part of Sasol’s commitments to create training opportunities for young people, under the Local Development Agreements (LDAs), which include a Mobile Technical and Professional Training Unit for communities further inland.
