Mozambique: INGD assists 200,000 El Niño victims facing food insecurity

Saif Arif, who was kidnapped in the city of Maputo on the 7th of this month, is currently hospitalised in a health unit in South Africa, according to information obtained by MZNews.
The 22-year-old young man, son of Arif Judje, was reportedly shot by the kidnappers, restricting his use of his lower limbs – allegedly the reason for his release by the kidnappers.
Before being released, 22-year-old Saif Arif was allegedly brutally mistreated in captivity.
He is expected to undergo surgery in South Africa to restore movement in his legs.
