Mozambique: President visits Maputo province

This Thursday, the President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, is making a working visit to Maputo province, starting in Marracuene district.
In Marracuene, the Mozambican Head of State will proceed with the delivery of 19 houses built for Combatants with disabilities in the village of Matalana , according to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic
Filipe Nyusi will then travel to the town of Impaputo, Namaacha district, where he has scheduled a visit to a banana production and processing company.
The Mozambican statesman will also conduct in the Matola district, the extraordinary sessions of the Provincial Executive Council extended to the President of the Provincial Assembly and the Council of State Representation Services in the Province, as well as the joint assessment session of the visit, extended to District Administrators district and other staff members.
At 4:20 p.m, the President will adress the population of Maputo province and the nation in general, through the media, where he will address the following theme: “Tourism in times of crisis: opportunities and challenges”.
During the visit, Nyusi will be accompanied by the Ministers of Education and Human Development, Carmelita Namashulua; of Industry and Commerce, Carlos Mesquita; of State Administration and Civil Service, Ana Comoane; of Culture and Tourism, Eldevina Materula; of the Combatants, Carlos Siliya;members of staff of the Presidency of the Republic and other State institutions.
