Mozambique: President promotes military and police officers

The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, determined through presidential dispatch the promotion to the rank of brigadier of Colonels Carlos Rafael Mandongue, Rui Jorge Mandofa, Tomé José Tomé and Chongo Vidigal.
In separate presidential orders, the Mozambican Head of State promoted Zefanias Natal Alberto Mambirisse and Sidónia Eda Zacarias Fiosse Massangaie from the rank of Navy Captain to the rank of Commodore, a statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic on Monday indicates.
The Mozambican Head of State has also determined the promotion to the rank of First Deputy Commissioner of Police, in the class of Police Commissioner Officers/General Officers, of Deputy Commissioner of Police Fernando Francisco Tsucana.
The note states that the President of the Republic also ordered the promotion to the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police, in the class of Police Commissioner Officers/General Officers, of Chief Police Superintendents António Bachir, Beatriz Zacarias Tichala, Duarte Mussa Laqueliua and Luciana Samuel.
