Angola, Moçambique governments to sign five agreements

Mozambican President and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces Filipe Nyusi yesterday appointed Lázaro Henriques Lopes Menete to the post of Army Commander.
The President appointed the former Army Commander Eugénio Ussene Mussa to the post of Commander of the Mozambique Civic Service.
President Nyusi also appointed Francisco Zacarias Mataruca to the post of deputy commander of the Higher Institute of Defence Studies.
Also yesterday, in a separate order, following the proposal by the Ministry of Defence and after the Defence and Security Council was heard, the Head of State appointed Eugénio Dias da Silva Muatuca to the post of Commander of the Navy.
In another presidential decree, President Nyusi appointed Messias André Niposso to the post of Commander of the Mozambican Air Force.
