Mozambique: President mourns the death of Abibi Achivangila, Queen of Niassa

The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, has made known his sorrow on the death from an illness of the Queen of Niassa, Abibi Achivangila, in Lichinga last Sunday.
“We lost the battle. Even with the commitment of health professionals in Lichinga, we were unable to prevent our revered common friend, the Queen of Niassa, from passing into eternity during Easter celebrations and in the middle of Ramadan,” reads a note published on the Head of Sate’s Facebook page.

Mesmo depois de muito empenho dos profissionais de saúde não conseguimos evitar com que a rainha do Niassa, passasse para a eternidade, exactamente nas celebrações da Páscoa e em pleno Ramadão.
