Mozambique: Indirect state administration - Non-viable institutions will be terminated or merged

President Daniel Francisco Chapo this morning arrived in Kigali, Republic of Rwanda, where he is expected to hold talks with his Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame.
After his arrival, Daniel Chapo held a meeting with the Mozambican delegation.
This afternoon, there will be a face-to-face meeting between the two Heads of State, followed by talks and the signing of two memoranda of understanding.
Later in the day, President Chapo will visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial.
Accompanying the President of the Republic on this visit are: the Minister of National Defence, Cristóvão Chume, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas, the Minister of Finance, Carla Loveira, the Minister of Planning and Development, Salim Valá, and the Minister in the Presidency for Civil Affairs, Ricardo Xavier Sengo, alongside officials from the Presidency of the Republic and other state institutions.
