Mozambique: MC Trufafá gets 300,000 meticais to seek treatment abroad

The President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, will this Monday chair and extraordinary session of the Council of State Representation Services, in Cabo Delgado, as part of the three-day working visit to that province starting today.
A statement from the Presidency of the Republic indicates that the head of state will also hold a popular rally, meet with the private sector representatives including investors in the oil, gas and mining sectors, and liaise with non-governmental organizations.
Still in Cabo Delgado, President Daniel Chapo will meet with local bodies, religious leaders, health authorities, state officials and agents as well as the Local Force.
The President of the Republic’s agenda also includes a meeting with the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Assistance and the Deputy Executive Director of the World Food Programme.
