CIP Mozambique Elections: Appeal to UN for intervention of stop killing of protestors

The President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, this Monday began a three-day working visit to Niassa province.
During the visit, the Head of State will chair the extraordinary session of the Council of State Representation Services in the province, which will include district administrators; and chair a meeting with economic agents in the province.
This Monday, the President held a popular rally in Lichinga.
President Chapo will also meet with local government bodies at district, administrative and local level, including community authorities and religious leaders, state officials and agents, and also with young people from the province.
Daniel Chapo is accompanied by the ministers of State Administration and Public Service, Inocêncio Impissa; Minister of National Defence, Cristóvão Chume; Minister of the Interior, Paulo Chachine; Minister in the President’s Office for Civil Matters, Ricardo Sengo; of Labour, Gender and Social Action, Ivete Ângela Alane; and by other officials from various State institutions.
