Mozambique: President appoints Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education

The President of the Republic, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, by dint of the powers conferred upon him by paragraph a) of number 2 of article 159 of the Constitution of the Republic, has appointed Daniel Nivagara Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education.
Prior to his appointment, Daniel Nivagara was an associate professor at the Pedagogical University.
