Mozambique: Pilot voter registration takes off today in nine districts

The pilot registration begins today, and runs until 20 February, intended to test the equipment to be used in the full voter registration due to take place between 20 April and 3 June this year.
The registration will cover 100,000 voters in the districts of Matutuine, Magude and Moamba (Maputo province); Mogovolas, Murrupula and Meconta (Nampula) and Macate, Mossurize and Vanduzi, in Manica.
