The Defence and Security Forces call for calm regarding the population’s return to Vila de Palma. This is because the authorities affirm that the town is entering the critical phase of the screening preparation process , aimed at a possible return of the communities to the district headquarters.
Meanwhile, part of the population, which was hidden in the woods, is returning to the partially destroyed town.
There is some looting too, says the journalist in the report below, shot on Sunday.
In Palma, adds the reporter, there are strong suspicions of connivance and involvement of some locals in the terrorist attacks.
