Mozambique’s Parliamentary Speaker Esperança Bias today begins an official visit to Japan at the invitation of the parliamentary authorities of that Asian country.
During her six-day visit, Esperança Bias will hold meetings with her counterpart parliamentary, governmental and non-governmental authorities, among them the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Diet of Japan, Hiroyuki Hosoda, and President of the House of Councillors of the National Diet of Japan, Hidehisa Otsuji.
The President of the Assembly of the Republic, who is accompanied by the chief whips of the Assembly’s Frelimo, Renamo and MDM benches, respectively Sérgio Pantie, Viana Magalhães and Lutero Simango, will also visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.
