Mozambique: Minister Saize appeals for 'unity, vigilance'

Meeting this Tuesday during Parliament’s XXVIII Extraordinary Session, the Standing Commission of the Assembly of the Republic (CPAR) authorised a request by President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, to pay a state visit, from 22 to 24 November 2021, to the Republic of Malawi, at the invitation of his counterpart there, Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera.
Also at the meeting this Tuesday, which was extended to the Presidents and Rapporteurs of the Specialised Commissions of the Parliament, as well as the heads of the Parliamentary Offices, the CPAR considered the Work Program Proposal for the period 22 November to 17 December 2021 of the current Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the Republic.
The final assessment of this Work Program Proposal will be carried out by the CPAR next week, after it has under gone the same process in the Frelimo, Renamo and MDM parliamentary benches.
