The President of Mozambique, Filipe Nyusi, flew to Kigali on Thursday where he stayed for a few hours only to hold a meeting with the President of Rwanda Paul Kagame, the President writes today on his Facebook page.
The note reads as follows:
“I met yesterday with my Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame, in Kigali, during the working visit of a few hours that I made to this country with the aim of jointly addressing issues of bilateral cooperation, deepening and strengthening the ties of friendship between the two peoples and countries.
”
“This meeting with President Kagame takes place at his invitation. As you know, Rwanda is a sister country with whom we have relations in various areas”.
