From this Friday, Massingir, in Gaza province, has a new building for the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), built as part of the expansion of service coverage.
The inauguration of the INSS infrastructure was carried out by the President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, as part of a working visit to the district, located to the north of Gaza province.
The head of state has previously inaugurated the buildings for the INSS district delegations of Metuge, in Cabo Delgado, which was the first of its kind; of Namaacha and Magude in Maputo province; of Moatize, in Tete; Malema, in Nampula; Milange, in Zambézia and Nhamatanda, in Sofala.
“Gaza is making progress in social security. Today, Massingir receives a clear sign of progress and inclusion with the handover of the building for the INSS District Delegation. This modern infrastructure brings proximity, efficiency and dignity in access to social security services,” President Nyusi wrote on his Facebook page.
Nyusi adds that, by shortening distances and improving services, “we reaffirm our commitment to the well-being and future of Mozambican workers. May this work be cared for by everyone as part of the path towards a fairer and more developed country”.
