Mozambique: Nyusi declares State of Emergency

The President of the Republic declared, tonight, the State of Emergency for 30 days, counting from the 1st of April.
In his communication to the Nation, the President of the Republic also declared mandatory quarantine for all people who have travelled outside the country.
The President further praised the work of health professionals and called for all Mozambicans to dedicate themselves to fighting COVID-19.
