Mozambique: Nyusi creates State Secretariat for Technical and Vocational Education

The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, determined by Presidential Decree the creation of the State Secretariat for Technical-Professional Education, to work within the Ministry of Science and Technology, Higher and Technical Vocational Education.
According to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic, the Secretary of State for Technical-Professional Education reports to the Minister who oversees the area of Technical Vocational Education [Minister Gabriel Salimo].
The communique further states that the organisation and functioning of the State Secretariat for Technical and Professional Education is to be defined in a specific diploma.
