Mozambique will have a legal regime regulating the purchase and use of aerial technological equipment to capture images (drones) for civilian purposes.
As advanced on Tuesday afternoon by the spokesman for the Council of Ministers, “the proposed law establishes the legal regime for aerial survey and cinematography for civilian purposes”.
These are “principles, rules and guidelines to which aerial surveying and cinematography activities for civil purposes must comply, as well as the supply of the respective products to regulatory authorities”, Filimão Suaze said.
Tuesday’s cabinet session assessed and approved the Decree-Law that amends article 3 of the Notarial Code approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2006, of 23 August.
The instrument allows police stations to certify the simplest notarial acts, free of charge for citizens, and lawyers with a professional licence to certify the most complex notarial acts.
The executive also assessed the report for the 2022 year within the scope of the implementation of the Action Plan of the Response Strategy to HIV and AIDS in the Civil Service.
