As part of the celebration of Christmas and New Year festivities to come, Cornelder de Moçambique (CdM), concessionaire of the container and general cargo terminals at the Port of Beira, offered, on Monday, December 5th, food products to a total of 10 orphanages and elderly homes in the city of Beira, capital of Sofala province.
The products will benefit more than 600 orphans, underprivileged and elders from shelters Melanie Center, Centro de Acolhimento de Nhangau, Kedesh, ADESMO, Aldeia SOS, Lar Sitoe, São Jerónimo Emiliano and Associação Esperança.
The delivery of the products was made by the company’s employees, who, in solidarity, came together to make this initiative possible, called “Natal Solidário”, which has been promoted for over 10 years, helping to alleviate the suffering of children and the elderly. in a situation of vulnerability.
