Mozambique: Moma and Larde districts without electricity

Moma and Larde districts in Nampula province have been without electricity since yesterday, the result of a rupture in the high voltage cable.
The incident was caused by a lightning strike during heavy rain in the area.
EDM technical teams have been mobilized to restore supply, but work is being constrained by the weather.
