Mozambique: Mobile brigades set to streamline military registration in Nampula

Nampula’s Recruitment and Mobilisation Centre has created mobile brigades to bolster and streamline military registration work in different parts of the province.
Recruitment and Mobilisation Centre provincial delegate Joaquim Mangame said that the measure would help the province reach the registration goal set for it.
“Anyone who turns 18 from the 1st of January to the 31st of December must register. There are some who come here and say that they turn 18 in August, in September. The law is very clear: 1st of January to 31st of December, everyone who turns 18 must register,” he said.
Nampula plans to process more than 20,000 youngsters, and ends in two weeks.
