Mozambique: Military registration kicks off today

The military registration process began today across the country and will run until March at various centres set up in neighbourhoods.
The registration is aimed at citizens born in 2007 and those who failed to register in previous years, provided they are under the age of 35.
Young people are required to present their identity card or personal certificate, along with their academic qualification certificates, at the registration centres.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of National Defence is scheduled to issue a statement this afternoon regarding the process, which is also being conducted at all of the country’s diplomatic missions.
