Mozambique: Man killed in N4 hit-and-run

A citizen, apparently around 30 years old, died on Sunday night as a result of being run over on National Highway Number 4 (N4), near the Malhampsene landfill in Matola.
According to the newspaper Notícias, the accident occurred around 10:10 p.m., the driver fleeing the scene.
Police took the victim to Maputo Central Hospital (HCM), where his death was confirmed.
