Mozambique: Machipanda Border already has a parking lot

There are no longer any floods of trucks at the Machipanda border. The problem came to an end with the entry into operation of a car park integrated into the place where truck drivers process all types of documents to cross that border post.

In recent years, the Machipanda Border has seen floods of trucks forming long queues. The Government says it was aware of the problem, so the solution found was the construction of an integrated park.

With the entry into operation of the integrated park in Machipanda, a reduction of around 90 percent in truck flooding is expected.
