The Confederation of Economic Associations of Mozambique, CTA, is to seek advanced technologies from Lithuania and the Philippines for the development of agriculture, infrastructures and tourism in the country.
The information was released on Wednesday in Maputo in the wake of separate visits to the CTA by the Ambassadors of Lithuania and the Philippines. The two diplomats met CTA Board of Directors in the context of strengthening business relations with their respective countries.
The Vice President of Local Content and Business Connections at CTA, Éder Pale, said that Mozambican businessmen need Lithuanian know-how to develop the country.
In addition to cooperating with the Philippines in the agriculture sector, the president of the CTA’s Economic Cooperation and Foreign Affairs department hopes to benefit from its experience in the tourism sector, too.
