The Inhambane Provincial Hospital is facing a blood shortage, making it difficult to meet daily demands.
According to Victorino Candrinho, the clinical director of the hospital, there has been an increase in the number of patients admitted in the past 24 hours due to post-election protests and traffic accidents.
Candrinho emphasizes that the situation is alarming:
“I would like to appeal to individuals, as well as associations, churches, and other entities, to come to the Inhambane Provincial Hospital and donate blood. The influx of patients we are witnessing, given the current situation in the country, may lead to even more admissions,” he said.
