The Communications Regulatory Authority (INCM) invites the public, operators, service providers and other interested parties to participate in public consultation on the’ Regulation of Disputes between Communications Operators and Consumers” and the ‘Regulation of Consumer Protection for Communications Services’.
This process aims to gather contributions, suggestions, and comments that enable the improvement of regulatory instruments, promoting greater transparency, improving the quality of services, and strengthening the protection of consumer rights in the communications sector.
Documents and guidelines are available here and contributions should be sent to [email protected] or delivered in person at INCM Headquarters by 3:30 p.m. on August 29, 2025.
“Your participation is essential to strengthening the communications sector,” the INCM urges.
