The National Institute of Road Transport (INTRATO) is experiencing a system outage and is therefore unable to issue driver’s licences and registration plates. The outage is due to the rupture of the optic fibre feed from TMcel, the public institution that guarantees the functionality of the institute’s services.
The information was made public on Monday via a statement ‘O País’ had access to.
INATRO apologises for the inconvenience caused, but does not provide any forecast for the resumption of services or detail measures being taken to minimise the impact on users.
