Hollard Health reaffirms its commitment to the National Human Capital and Benefits Survey by remaining a Platinum sponsor for the fourth consecutive year. Launched in 2021, this initiative has established itself as the largest survey of its kind in Mozambique, offering an in-depth view of the country’s Human Resources landscape and best practices.
This year’s survey, which began in early August, covers 250 companies, an increase from 200 participants in 2023 and 140 in 2021. This significant growth in participation, including entities from the public and private sectors as well as Non-Governmental Organizations, highlights the survey’s increasing relevance across all sectors.
The survey results are organized into distinct pillars, covering areas such as Remuneration and Benefits, Work Environment, and Culture.
The data, collected from Human Resources leaders and employees of participating organizations, provides a clear perspective on how companies operate in Mozambique and identifies opportunities for both companies and workers to thrive.
“The Tempus Human Capital Survey exemplifies a world-class approach to understanding local HR dynamics, driving continuous improvement in employee and employer engagement,” noted Bruna Quintas, Employee Benefits General Manager at Hollard Mozambique.
This commitment aligns with Hollard Health’s mission of ‘Better Health for Better Futures,’ realized through modular medical insurance and wellness offerings tailored to the unique needs of companies and their employees.
In 2023, a newer pillar of the survey, Work-Life Balance, was introduced, complementing Hollard Health’s dedication to worker well-being.
Through the cutting-edge HealthMov app, from Hollard, members can monitor their vital signs and gain health indicators such as heart rate and stress levels, helping them make healthier decisions. HealthMov also allows employers to observe overall employee wellness patterns.
Lee-Ann Dobrescu, Head of Operations at Hollard Health, expressed enthusiasm about this year’s survey, stating, “Having a benchmark is an essential tool to ensure that Mozambican employers can compete in the global talent pool and retain their best collaborators.”
Hollard Health understands that to offer employers and employees the right health insurance for their needs, it’s vital to know what is required. By supporting initiatives like the Tempus Benefits and Human Capital National Survey, Hollard Health is ensuring that these critical insights continue to be available, now and into the future, while reinforcing its commitment to empowering a healthier and more engaged workforce in Mozambique and beyond.
