In response to the urgent needs created by Cyclone CHIDO in Mozambique’s Cabo Delgado province, the Grindrod Women Forum has delivered clothing to the National Institute for Disaster Management (INGD).

Recognising INGD’s crucial role in coordinating disaster response, the Grindrod Women Forum in Mozambique organised this donation to provide tangible aid to vulnerable communities.

“The devastation caused by Cyclone CHIDO is deeply concerning,” stated Pedro Quong, General Manager of Grindrod Terminals in Maputo. “Through this donation, we hope to offer some comfort and support to those affected and contribute to the vital work of INGD in helping these communities recover.”
