Mozambique: Podemos has transparency, though "some might not have it"

The Government of Mozambique has decreed five days of national mourning for the death of the former President of Angola, José Eduardo dos Santos.
During the period of mourning, the national flag and the flag of the Presidency of the Republic will be hoisted at half mast.
The decision was taken this Wednesday, at the extraordinary session of the Mozambican Cabinet, the Council of Ministers, held at the Presidency of the Republic, in Maputo.
