The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Verónica Macamo Dlhovo, is in Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria, representing the President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, to participate in the inauguration ceremony today (29-05) of the President-elect of that country, Bola Tinubu.
Minister Macamo’s participation in the event is an opportunity to reiterate the Mozambican government’s commitment to deepening relations of friendship and bilateral cooperation in favour of development and mutual well-being.
The two-day visit to Abuja also takes place within the framework of reinforcing historical relations of friendship and cooperation, which date back to the times of the national liberation struggle.
