Mozambique: FDS announce killing of 108 terrorists in Cabo Delgado – Miramar

The Commander-General of the Police of the Republic of Mozambique (PRM) has just announced the successful pursuit and “killing” of 108 terrorists in heavy fighting in the Cabo Delgado operational theatre in the past 72 hours, Miramar reports.
Bernardino Rafael said that the Defence and Security Forces (FDS) had in the same operation seized a quantity of war material from the terrorists.
The Commander-General of the Mozambican Police was speaking at the opening of the XX PRM Coordinating Council, which is taking place in Pemba, the capital of Cabo Delgado province, from today.
The event, which brings together several cadres of the Police of the Republic of Mozambique, discusses the political – military situation of the country in the last nine months, among other points.
