Energy Works, in partnership with the Ministry of Labour, Gender and Social Action, today held an important seminar on the theme of ‘Integrated Solutions in Occupational Health, Hygiene and Safety’, which took place at the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce.
The event brought together representatives from the public and private sectors, health and safety professionals, managers and other stakeholders, with the aim of raising awareness and training organisations to implement effective risk prevention practices and promote safer, healthier work environments in line with current legislation.
During the seminar, key topics were discussed, such as:
Guest speakers included representatives from the General Labour Inspectorate, the Ministry of Health, Energy Works and INNOQ, who shared experiences, success stories and practical recommendations for strengthening the culture of prevention in Mozambican companies.
According to the Energy Works team, investing in integrated occupational health and safety solutions not only contributes to risk reduction but also generates gains in productivity, motivation and institutional image.
The seminar reflects a joint commitment to promoting compliant, inclusive and sustainable work environments, with positive impacts on people’s well-being and organisational results.
