Mozambique Elections: Some roads blocked in the capital

The extension of Julius Nyerere Avenue near the Hulene Landfill is blocked, as observed this morning by the Jornal Notícias team. Another closed road is Mozambique Avenue, in the section between Missão Roque Roundabout and Bagamoyo neighborhood, where a group has obstructed the road by placing a power transmission pole and stones across the lanes.
Military and police forces are working to clear the roads without engaging in confrontations with protesters, who are reportedly contesting the election results announced by the National Election Commission.
