The President of the Republic, Daniel Francisco Chapo, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Constitution of the Republic, appointed, by Presidential Order, Maria Benvinda Delfina Levi, to the position of Prime Minister.
Still, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him, the Head of State appointed:
- Cristóvão Artur Chume to the post of Minister of National Defence;
- Paulo Chachine to the post of Minister of the Interior;
- Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas to the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation;
- Carla Alexandra Oreste do Rosário Fernandes Louveira to the post of Minister of Finance;
- Inocêncio Florentino José Impissa to the post of Minister of State Administration and Civil Service;
- Roberto Mito Albino to the post of Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries;
- Salim Ismael Valá for the position of Minister of Planning and Development;
- Estevão Tomás Rafael Pale for the position of Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy;
- Basílio Zefanias Muhate for the position of Minister of Economy;;
- Américo Muchanga for the position of Minister of Communications and Digital Transformation;
- Joao Jorge Matlombe for the position of Minister of Transport and Logistics and
- Ussene Hilário Isse for the position of Minister of Health.
So far, 12 Ministers have been appointed. Seven Ministers are still to be appointed.
