Cuban Ambassador to Mozambique Raúl Quinones says that Havana authorities are available to maintain cooperation with the Mozambican executive, especially in the training of cadres at various levels.
“We have teachers, … In all of the country’s eleven provinces, we have Cuban personnel in Health, Education…We have people in the Sports sector, in the Ministry of the Interior, the Culture sector… We have possibilities to start [cooperation with the] Ministry of Labour, Agriculture… And we know the economic difficulties the country is going through, but the availability of Cuba is the same from 1977 until now: to keep cooperation [ties] with Mozambique in the terms which may be possible for Mozambique and which may also possible for us to contribute and to continue to contribute, ” says Ambassador Raúl Quinones.
To this end, a high-level Cuban delegation is expected to arrive in Mozambique in February to strengthen cooperation ties between the two countries.
