Mozambique coach Chiquinho Conde calls Algeria clash the most important in nation’s history – Watch

Mozambique head coach Chiquinho Conde’s described his team’s upcoming World Cup qualifier against Algeria as potentially the most significant match in the country’s football history.

The two sides will battle for supremacy in Group G Tuesday at the Hocine Aït Ahmed Stadium, located in Boukhalfa, Tizi Ouzou, Kabylia region, Algeria, both entering the match level on 12 point

“This match’s crucial to keep our world cup dream alive. It could be the most important game in our history”, Conde stated.

He emphasized the challenge ahead: “This game will be completely different from our last against Uganda in Ivory Coast. The level will be much higher”.

The Mozambique coach concluded with promise to the nation: “Assure our fans that we’ll give everything to return from Algeria with all 3 points. We carry the hopes of an entire country that dreams of seeing its team at the next World Cup.”
