Mozambique: Chimoio mayor isolates himself after testing positive for Covid-19 – Watch

The President of the Municipal Council of Chimoio, João Ferreira, has announced that he has tested positive for Covid-19, and is in isolation at home.
In a video published on the Chimoio Municipal Council official Facebook page, Mayor Ferreira warns the public to observe preventive measures, because, he says, the disease is serious, with distressing symptoms.
Mayor Ferreira says he will continue to work from home, using virtual platforms.
