Mozambique: Brera gives up on Moçambola

Brera FC has definitively withdrawn from Moçambola 2025. The club has already sent a letter to the Mozambican Football League, in which it explains the reasons that precipitated the decision, highlighting the financial incapacity it faces due to the withdrawal of its main sponsor.
The Brera board, led by Simão Cossa, had already shown indications last month about a possible withdrawal if they were unable to find a partner. The club, which was created three years ago, withdraws from Moçambola one after its promotion to the competition.
Therefore, the Mozambican Football League must find a team to replace this emblem in the main national football competition.
