His Excellency Dr. Mokgweetsi E.K Masisi, President of the Republic of Botswana, has donated a bull and a heifer to His Excellency Mr. Filipe Nyusi, President of Mozambique.
The gift was handed over yesterday afternoon, on the sidelines of the ongoing three day State Visit, that President Masisi is currently undertaking in Mozambique.

The medium framed stud bull was bred out of the best Brahman genetics, and his estimated breeding value point to a bull that will contribute significantly and positively to herd fertility.
The donated commercial heifer was born from the stud bull and is ready for breeding.
President Masisi encouraged his counterpart to tap the semen from the bull for future use and as a precautionary measure in the event something happens to it before it gives him offsprings.
President Nyusi was very appreciative and promised to take good care of the animals, and noted that he was moving them immediately to a better environment where there is good pasture.
