Mozambique Attorney General launched investigation into Proindicus and MAM in April 20 – Ematum was being investigated since August 2015

The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) opened proceedings to investigate the legality of the debts of EMATUM, Pro Indicus and Mozambique Asset Management (MAM).

According to a statement sent this afternoon to O País, the collection and analysis of elements for taking appropriate action under the law are currently underway.

According to the PGR statement, the Ematum process is Proc. number 2 / PHR / 2015, opened on August 12. Proindicus and MAM are being investigated in Proc. number 15 /PGR /2016, opened on April 20.
