Mozambique's exports to African countries top $7.1 billion in 5 years - government

The Mozambican Government Agency for Investment and Export Promotion (APIEX) has appointed MozParks, the leading operator of Sustainable Economic Zones in Mozambique, as the main partner and leader of the Industrialization Pavilion at FACIM 2024. This 59th edition of the fair is set to draw over 3,000 national and foreign exhibitors, 750 international companies, and 65,000 visitors. The Industrialization Pavilion will highlight the latest advancements and opportunities in Mozambique’s industrial sector, with a strong emphasis on job creation and youth opportunities.
A vision for Mozambique’s industrial future
The Industrialization Pavilion at FACIM 2024 will serve as a central hub of innovation and progress, showcasing Mozambique’s significant strides in industrial development. Entrusted by APIEX to spearhead this initiative, MozParks is committed to ensuring a comprehensive and impactful representation of the sector.
The pavilion will feature both interactive and exhibition zones, with more than 25 companies showcasing advancements in the industrial sector. A strong focus will be placed on youth employment, with MozYouth and employment experts present to offer guidance on job applications, internships, and resume enhancement. Visitors can also enjoy a tasting area to experience the flavours of Mozambique and a games area designed to engage and entertain while providing insights into the industrial sector.

The Industrialization Pavilion will represent the best of Mozambique’s industrial sector, featuring both SMEs and large companies. The objective is to create a collaborative environment where businesses of all sizes can support and learn from each other, highlighting the nation’s strength and potential in industrial development.
