Mozambique and China to sign protocol on debt relief

Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of Mozambique Maria Isaltina Lucas and Vice Minister of Commerce of China, Zhang Xiangchen, will today sign a protocol on debt relief today, deepening and strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
At the same time the Chinese minister and Mozambique’s Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Luisa Meque, will initial a memorandum of understanding on bilateral cooperation in agriculture.
The signing ceremony will be supervised by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Nyeleti Mondlane.
