The President of the Republic has today (January 22) appointed Ana Comoana as Minister of State Administration and Civil Service.
The appointment was announced a few moments ago by Filipe Nyusi, during his speech at the swearing in of the provincial governors.
In the past government, Comoana served as deputy minister of Culture and Tourism and was also spokesperson for the Mozambican Cabinet, the Council of Ministers.
Still in the framework of the nominations, Nyusi said that names of the provincial Secretaries of State, who will have the role of representing the central government at provincial level, will be known later today.
