Mozambique: Allegations of irregularities in general elections “make no sense” – ACCLIN

The Secretary-General of Combatants’ Association of National Liberation Struggle of Mozambique (ACLLN) says that allegations of supposed irregularities in the general elections of 15 October do not make sense.
Fernando Faustino was reacting to the release in Maputo last week of the final report of the European Union electoral observation mission.
The ACLLIN Secretary General affirmed that last October’s general elections in fact demonstrated an elevated sense of responsibility within the country’s electoral bodies.
